Yoga has been a part of my life for over 15 years. I have personally experienced the benefits of Yoga mentally and physically, especially during pregnancy, during delivery and after giving birth. To me, yoga is much more than an exercise program, but a way of life.
I trained to teach yoga because I love being able to share its benefits with others.
I enjoy practising yoga regularly on my own and also through attending a range of classes. I believe yoga is the perfect antidote for urban living, providing essential tools for managing stress and the opportunity for self-reflection through the practice of compassion and non-judgment towards ourselves and others.
"Be grateful, humble, determined and give yourself the opportunity to feel good."

I have completed two qualifications for teaching Hatha yoga (India 2007 and London, YMCA 2017) and a Pregnancy Teacher Training at TriYoga in 2018.
I have over 2 years experience teaching in London both privately and group classes.
During both of my pregnancies, I practised Yoga and attended classes with my babies.
